the dashboard.

Scope and access

By using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. Access is limited to adults authorized by the operator to work on WakeKick. Authorization to connect a TikTok account does not itself grant access to the private dashboard.

These terms apply to the dashboard. The WakeKick iPhone app and its subscriptions are governed by their separate terms. The dashboard currently has no paid subscription or public account-registration service.

What the service does

The dashboard displays available TikTok post information and engagement statistics, manual metric readings, Apple sales reports and, when configured, selected product analytics. It supports internal reporting and content planning. It is an analytics tool and does not provide health or fitness advice.

The TikTok integration reads information made available through Login Kit and Display API. It does not post, edit or delete TikTok content. Publishing on TikTok remains a separate manual action controlled by the account owner.

Account authorization

Connect only an account you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for choosing the correct account, reviewing TikTok’s consent screen and keeping your account and private-network access secure. Do not share credentials, grant access to unauthorized people or enter another person’s confidential information.

TikTok’s own terms, platform rules and permissions also apply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of TikTok. TikTok may change its API, deny a permission or revoke access.

Statistics and availability

Statistics are snapshots of the information available at the time of collection. Coverage depends on platform permissions and APIs. Some post types, including photo carousels, or some metrics may not be returned. Missing values are not proof of zero activity. Historical performance at a particular post age cannot be reconstructed from a later reading.

Manual entries may contain errors. Sales proceeds are estimates, and comparisons between post activity and downloads do not prove attribution to a particular post. Verify important decisions against the original platform reports.

Availability depends on the dashboard server, network and external platforms. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete data, a particular audience reach, revenue or business result.

Permitted use and content rights

You may use the dashboard for authorized WakeKick operations. Do not bypass access controls, abuse APIs, interfere with other systems, republish private records, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Access to a post or its statistics does not transfer ownership of that content.

WakeKick software, branding and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant only the permission necessary to use the dashboard as authorized.

Privacy and disconnection

The Dashboard Privacy Policy explains data collection, storage, retention and your choices. You can disconnect the TikTok integration or revoke authorization in TikTok to stop future access.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete historical dashboard records or content on TikTok. Contact privacy@wakekick.com for requests concerning stored personal data.

Changes and termination

We may maintain, change or discontinue the dashboard, and restrict access where needed for security, misuse or the end of an operator’s authorization. You may stop using it at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated to authorized operators before taking effect.

Responsibility and applicable law

The dashboard is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate third-party information, external service interruptions or use outside the authorized purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

Italian law governs these terms, without excluding mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
