Simple terms for a simple promise.

Provider and agreement
WakeKick is provided by Riccardo Caneve, an independent developer based in Italy. By downloading or using WakeKick, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
WakeKick is an iPhone alarm application that offers short movement challenges, local progress tracking and optional subscription features. It is a productivity utility and does not provide medical, health or fitness advice.
Safe use
Use WakeKick only when you can move safely. Choose an appropriate challenge, clear the surrounding area and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Do not rely on WakeKick as an emergency alarm, medical device or safety-critical service.
Subscriptions and free trials
WakeKick offers weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. The price, billing period and any available trial are displayed by Apple before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed or when an applicable free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date. Deleting WakeKick does not cancel a subscription.
Availability
Alarm delivery and challenge verification depend on compatible Apple hardware, iOS, permissions and device conditions. We work to make WakeKick reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing suitable alarm times and challenges, maintaining compatible device settings and using WakeKick safely. You may not abuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or redistribute WakeKick except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
WakeKick, its software, branding and original content are owned by Riccardo Caneve or used under licence. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with Apple’s licence terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WakeKick is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change as WakeKick evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date. You may stop using WakeKick at any time; subscription cancellation is managed through your Apple Account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
