TERMS OF USE
Simple terms for a simple promise.
Effective date: to be confirmed before release. These terms are a pre-release draft.
The service
WakeKick is an iPhone alarm application that offers short movement challenges, local progress tracking and optional subscription features. It is a productivity utility, not medical, health or fitness advice.
Safe use
Use WakeKick only when you can move safely. Choose an appropriate challenge, clear the surrounding area and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Do not rely on WakeKick as an emergency alarm or safety-critical service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Pricing, trial duration and billing period are shown before purchase. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Availability
Alarm delivery and challenge verification depend on compatible Apple hardware, iOS, permissions and device conditions. We work to make WakeKick reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, abuse, interfere with or redistribute WakeKick except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as WakeKick evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date.
